MEDITATION CLASS GUIDELINES

Please bring a notebook and pen to write down any thoughts or reflections that arise during meditation, as this is an important part of your journey and personal growth. The session will include inspirational readings, guided breathing, and visualization techniques designed to enhance mental health and reduce stress. There will also be a brief discussion to allow participants to share their experiences and inspirational findings.

Please arrive about 5 minutes early and ring the bell. A staff member will come down from the 2nd floor to let you in. It’s best if all participants arrive around the same time to enter together.

Notify us via text or WhatsApp if you expect to be late. The class can be held for up to 5 minutes to accommodate delays. You may join within the first 10 minutes, but joining later is not recommended as it will disrupt the meditation process and affect other participants.

Mats and equipment are provided and will be disinfected and aired after each class by a staff member. You may bring your own mat or a cushion if preferred. There is one shared room for storing personal items, available to all genders.

Filming or recording is not allowed. Please turn off your mobile phone before entering the meditation room to maintain a respectful environment.

MEDITATION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

You receive a full refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the class by texting or WhatsApping Agnes at 07955-305-414. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the class at no additional charge.

50% Refund: Cancellations within 24 hours of the class.

No Refund: If you do not contact us or reach out after the class has started.
