Managing Director

Agnieszka Barbara Prygiel (Agnes) is a professional artist with a postgraduate diploma in Graphic Design.

She built a career in commercial fashion retail in London, gaining extensive leadership and visual merchandising experience, before settling in Scotland after discovering it on motorcycle adventures.

Agnes is committed to developing balanced, creative programmes at The Loft Collective.

Michael Peter Fitzpatrick

Director

Michael is an architect with over 30 years of experience, including a decade in Amsterdam working on large-scale projects such as schools, community centres, and museums.

Fluent in Dutch and proficient in AutoCAD, Michael has spent the last 20 years working mainly in London and Birmingham before moving to Scotland to support  The Loft Collective.

He brings his experience, and interpersonal skills to develop meaningful connections within Saltcoats. 

Martin

Head of Good Vibes

Martin is an adopted rabbit with a big personality and an even bigger zest for life.

Originally from London, he became Agnes’s furry companion in 2021 and has been spreading joy ever since.

Full of energy and mischief, Martin delights the team with his antics — from sipping tea from mugs to playing with toilet paper and even hiding under cars in the carpark.

Always ready to brighten the day, he’s The Loft Collective’s official morale booster.
