CLASS GUIDELINES & REFUND POLICY
Please arrive about 5 minutes early and ring the bell. A staff member will come down from the 2nd floor to let you in. It’s best if all participants arrive around the same time to enter together.
Notify us via text or WhatsApp if you expect to be late. The class can be held for up to 5 minutes to accommodate delays.
The studio is equipped with easels, drawing boards, A1 and A4 paper, pencils and drawing carbon. You can bring your own materials if preferred.
Filming or recording of the class is not permitted. However, you are encouraged to document your own body of work and track the progress of your drawings. To respect the privacy of other participants, please focus solely on documenting your own work.
Given the nature of the classes and their niche, please notify us as early as possible if you wish to cancel, so we have enough time to find another participant.
You will receive a full refund if you cancel up to 48 hours before the class by texting or WhatsApping Agnes at 07955-305-414. You can also reschedule up to 48 hours before the class at no additional charge.
50% refund if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours prior to the class.
No refund if you do not contact us or reach out after the class has started.
